Childrenswear Collection

For the Sophomore pattern development class, students were tasked to create a childrenswear collection with our choice of inspiration. For my collection, Hoppípolla (Icelandic for "hopping into puddles") is all about the playful attitude of children and their fascination with water. From playing at the beach to fishing at a lake, water intrigues children. The clothes are designed to be comfortable and wearable, yet unique with a sense of individuality. Each piece can be swapped with another, making endless combinations.
